Yes, please note the following spending limits for the different membership tiers. Scenario: If your bill comes up to $450, you have exceeded the spending limit for the Bronze tier, which is capped at $400. In this case, you could only top up under the Silver, Gold, or Platinum tiers, as they allow for higher spending amounts. Your membership tier will be automatically assigned based on your top-up amount.

Your birthday voucher will be available on the first day of your birthday month. Please inform our service staff upon payment to redeem the voucher.

You can terminate your membership at any time by providing written notice via email to info@tianfu.com.sg. Please note that there will be no refund of account balances, and any vouchers and points accumulated will be forfeited.
